Notice of snow removal violation ordinance   4-2-7

All sidewalks must be cleared of snow within 24 hours after any given snowfall. all such sidewalks must also be kept clear of  snow and ice at all times.

If the violation is continuing, the sidewalk will be cleared by the Village, and you will be billed for the cost. In addition, a citation will be issued.
